For the past 12 years, I’ve been engaged in the hair industry. I know many customers will meet some pain spots before getting dream hair extensions.

Why?

Well, there is a lot of trickery going on in the industry. It’s always an exciting occasion when you’ve saved up enough money to buy some new hair extensions – but there’s always anxiety too, particularly when buying from a new vendor. It’s true, avoiding low-quality hair can be tricky.

Needless to say, that’s why:

Many people just go whatever product is recommended by their friends, family members, social media influencers or KOL.

The truth is:

First, TRUSTINESS.
Second, Not too many have time and pleasure to do their own research. Trust me, researching for a product online will take a lot of time.
Third, Have no idea which brands to choose from.

That said:

Some women tend to support particular brands and stores they have come to trust, but it’s still enticing to discover what a new brand might offer you as a client. Unfortunately, many of the new try brands tend to disappoint rather than impress.

After years of learning and getting involved, I’ve known a lot about all hair production processes and “industry secrets“.

Yet, I wanted to bring some clarity and truth to this blog! Now I’m ready to share with you everything I know through this blog – to hopefully help you achieve valuable information and quality hair products.

I started to work in March 2011 as a Customer Service Specialist to sell hair extensions. Since then, I seriously learned anything about hair every day and regularly went to our factory to learn all production processes.

To be honest, this was not an easy task because I started from scratch with just a hair raw product. In order to answer all the question of customers, I MUST do these work. And when I dug deeper, things got even more interesting…

In fact, there are over 40 steps from beginning to end for making raw hair into finished extensions.

And each main phase of production requires quality control to ensure the best results.

So: I can say that our hair is AWESOME!

During work, I treated every client with enthusiasm, seriousness, and professionalism. After two years, I was promoted to Sales Account Manager. 🙂

I strive to be better every day.

But……

Three years later in 2016, I left the company I love. Why?

It’s simple: I want to start a new journey to lead a life full of freedom and happiness.

After a short break, I decided to set up my own company in 2016.

OUR MISSION IS TO HELP WOMEN GET GREAT PRODUCTS, GREAT PRICE, AND GREAT SERVICE.

UTRESS is supported by a passionate and brilliantly smart team that works tirelessly behind the scenes. I really love them!

For hair knowledge, I don’t know it all. Far from it. In fact, even though I’ve achieved a lot, I don’t consider myself an expert.

Instead, I’m constantly focused on becoming the strongest version of myself. Constant and continuous learning is one of my strongest priorities for becoming all that I can be.
